Terms of Use
Terms of Use — Mukdek
Effective date: September 30, 2026
Mukdek is a private, invite-only family web app (games, family tools, and related features). By accessing or using Mukdek, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who this is for
Mukdek is offered only to people the operator has invited or approved. It is not an open public product and does not offer open self-signup for the general public.
Access may be limited by allowlists, roles, and administrator controls. The operator may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at any time.
2. Accounts and family roles
You must use accurate sign-in information (currently Google sign-in where enabled) and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including devices you authorize.
Parents and guardians are responsible for how children in their household use Mukdek, including child roles, notifications, and shared family records. See the Privacy Notice for how child-related data is handled.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share invite links, access, or credentials with people who are not meant to use Mukdek
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts, messages, or family data without permission
- Probe, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service, or bypass security or role controls
- Upload or send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content
- Use Mukdek for spam, commercial advertising, or any purpose other than personal/family use within this private group
- Violate applicable law
The operator may remove content, revoke access, or take other reasonable steps to protect the household and the service.
4. Games, scores, and “pretend money”
Games, leaderboards, high scores, rewards, tokens, coins, points, or similar features in Mukdek are for play and family motivation only. They have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and are not gambling. Do not treat in-app rewards as real currency or financial products.
5. Content and intellectual property
Mukdek, its software, branding, and operator-provided assets remain the property of the operator and their licensors. You keep rights in content you create or upload, and you grant the operator a limited license to host and display that content as needed to run the private service for your group.
Third-party open-source components are used under their own licenses.
6. Privacy
How Mukdek collects, uses, and retains data is described in the Privacy Notice. These Terms and the Privacy Notice work together. If there is a conflict about personal data practices, the Privacy Notice controls for that topic.
7. Availability and changes
Mukdek is provided as a private/family service. Features may change, break, or be removed. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at /terms and updating the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
8. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUKDEK IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR AND THEIR HELPERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, SCORES, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF MUKDEK.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE PLACES, LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Los Angeles County, California, are the exclusive venue for disputes that cannot be resolved informally, except where applicable law requires otherwise (including consumer protections that cannot be waived).
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms: contact the Mukdek administrator who provided your access (same channel as in the Privacy Notice).
